ENQUIRY SEASON
Enquiry season is great. Until everything lands at once.
More enquiries mean more opportunities. They also mean more replies, more quotes, more dates to check and more people to follow up. Before enquiry season really gets going, make sure you know exactly what happens after someone enquires.
If five new enquiries landed today, could you quickly see what each one needs?
Who needs a reply? Who needs a quote? Who is waiting for you? Who needs following up? Who is close to booking? If answering those questions means checking your inbox, Instagram, WhatsApp, your calendar and possibly a note you wrote somewhere, that is probably the part to sort before things get busier.
Before you chase more enquiries, check what happens to the ones you already get
You don’t need a complicated system audit. Just ask yourself a few simple questions. Can someone enquire without having to message you back and forth? Do you get the information you need to respond properly? Can you quickly check whether the date is available? Can you send a quote without rebuilding everything from scratch? Do you know who hasn’t replied yet? Is following up part of the process, or something you do when you finally get a spare minute? Does your client know what happens next after they enquire? If a few of those answers make you pause, that’s useful. It shows you exactly where to start before the volume picks up.

A good enquiry process shouldn’t rely on you remembering what happens next
It doesn’t need to be complicated. An enquiry comes in. You reply. You send the quote. You follow up if they go quiet. If they book, the next part of the client journey starts. The important bit is that every enquiry has a next step, even when you’re busy doing the actual work. Because the enquiries that get lost usually aren’t the terrible ones. They’re the ones you meant to come back to.
This is the bit Crevida can help you keep on top of
When an enquiry comes in, it has somewhere to live. You can see who has enquired, where they are in the process and what needs to happen next, without piecing it together from emails, messages and notes. Send the quote. See who is still waiting. Follow up the ones that have gone quiet. Move the booking forward when they are ready. The process is still yours. Crevida just makes it much harder for an enquiry to disappear because you got busy.
